A subscription-based premium coffee company based in Rim Rock, Arizona, approached us for branding assistance. The client desired a distinctive main icon that could be easily stamped, along with a series of unique packaging designs for their various small-batch coffee offerings. Our task was to create a cohesive look and feel that exuded a hand-made quality across all sub-brands.

This client needed a design characterized by simplicity and brightness, with subtle elements of Maui's natural beauty interwoven. The design should maintain readability even when scaled down to fit small labels on petite, circular jars, while also being adaptable for enlargement onto a spacious 3ft market banner. The focus on simplicity resonates throughout, capturing the essence of Kula, Maui.

This client insisted on a hand with chili pepper fingers for his logo…we listened but had doubts of how to pull that off successfully. In the end since we have illustration skills on deck, we hand drew it and then brought it in to Adobe Illustrator to create the vector drawings with gradients and highlights. A HOMESCHOOL COLLECTIVE
This faith based homeschool wished to represent the ideas of church and school together. We came up with a stain glassed church window motif with the book shelf to represent both ideas with a primary color pallet reflecting early education. The three images: the main logo and secondary icons on reversed backgrounds for various media.
